The [original JS library](https://github.com/kilobtye/potrace) is browser-compatible. It has an [online demo](http://kilobtye.github.io/potrace/). Hence, this is a "node-compatible" version of that library. Hopefully this clarifies.
Looks like bvisness is not interested in extracting it, but is fine with the code being used. Added an MIT license but annoyingly pkg.go.dev still doesn't pick it up, may...

Alright, working fine in Chrome 55.
Recently came across this project and was excited as it was the only offline translation software I could find with a prebuilt Windows binary that did not require an installer....
@XapaJIaMnu I see, well that is a shame but I understand. I tried running it in PowerShell (i.e. I typed `.\translateLocally-windows-2019.exe`) but there was no output, the command returned immediately...
