The steps for local installation are in `docs/src/installation/local.md`. You can create a virtual environment then run `pip install -r requirements.txt` while in the root folder which will install the dependencies....

I can look at this.

@BasMasking When I try to run `npm install` I get this error ` ERR_PNPM_FETCH_404  GET https://registry.npmjs.org/eslint-plugin-jitar: Not Found - 404`.
