This works as expected over here on Fedora. Seems to be a OSX problem.
Shedskin is able to generate some C++ code, but g++ is not able to compile it.
It would be nice to [unbundle](https://fedorahosted.org/fpc/ticket/39) it from shedskin and as there is `std::hash` available it would be nice to use standard c++ functionalities where possible.

The biggest open issue is to port it from the compiler module, which would require a rewrite of big parts of shedskin. I don't think anyone is currently working on...
