Crash TSPack files contain only `dalamud.boot.log` and `crash.log`

TSPacks generated on crash are missing critical log files; `dalamud.log` and `output.log` in particular. Manually generated TSPacks from XIVLauncher seem to work correctly.

JobBars seems to cause a crash related to the Party List on FFXIV Patch 6.45, and has been blocked from loading.
