Update TF-M to version 2.1.0.

Do not change the default value of `NORDIC_QSPI_NOR`. It resulted in undefined references to the DT node `/soc/qspi@40029000/mx25r6435f@0` when enabling the flash driver.

It fails to compile at the following: `drivers/flash/flash_stm32h7x.c:42:2: error: #error Flash driver on M4 requires the DT property bank2-flash-size` Disable the flash driver for this board target to prevent it...

Cherry pick needed commits to update to Mbed TLS 3.6.3 + the fix for the `-- Installing: [...]` logs during builds.
