Fix: send_url and send_notification using the correct api url

Sorry, but with your commit I receive a MalformedRequestError when trying to use `send_notification(...)`. Please inform me if I overlooked something :)

Faulty package name

@windrider09 The package name is not the package name of the iOS app. It should be the package name of your registered application. You can find this name here: https://pushnotifier.de/account/api
