p4-global-key-prefix conflicts with Emacs master

This conflicts with emacs master, which also defines "C-x p": https://github.com/emacs-mirror/emacs/blob/4f352ad6f1759ae6dcff6ba43847273491bf9c30/lisp/progmodes/project.el#L637 Should p4-global-key-prefix redefine its default keymap?
