p4-global-key-prefix conflicts with Emacs master

https://github.com/gareth-rees/p4.el/blob/eff047caa75dbe4965defca9d1212454cdb755d5/p4.el#L427 defines p4-global-key-prefix to be "C-x p".

This conflicts with emacs master, which also defines "C-x p": https://github.com/emacs-mirror/emacs/blob/4f352ad6f1759ae6dcff6ba43847273491bf9c30/lisp/progmodes/project.el#L637

Should p4-global-key-prefix redefine its default keymap?

This is a customized variable. You're welcome to change it to whatever you want with M-x customize-variable
