Rails model class cannot be defined with a partition with sub-partitions

It's not really about the error, more about the inability to configure a rails model with a partition kind, which has a configuration for sub-partitions.

detach_partition clears cache, but the model partitions still holds partitions that were detached.

It happens in rails test. I guess due to rails test parallelism the caching issues occur. But I tried to disable caching for test environment and still the issue occurred...
