This is handled by new treegrid

This should no longer be needed with https://github.com/IBMa/equal-access/pull/1371 . It manages focus better for the tree grid and manages focus through the scan transition better.

I cleaned up all of the scoring in our code refresh. This should all be fixed once this PR is merged and new release is complete. https://github.com/IBMa/equal-access/pull/1371

Added a solution to this into the refresh PR: https://github.com/IBMa/equal-access/pull/1371. Next release should support this. We'll discuss if the key makes sense, but at the moment it is ctrl+alt+s on...
