I can't see **lib** directory where all jar files are stored. Check **grib2json.cmd** file and you'll see why the system cannot find the path specified.

@noalternative I'm afraid this is wrong. Y values should be from 52.00 to 53.00, I mean Y (lat) should be in ascending order the same way X (lon) is ascending.

Adding `"symfony/symfony": "2.7.*"` in composer.json solved the issue in my case. Thanks @wingzero0
