Emmm，重新思考了一下，或许和鹏博士一样单独列出来比较好，也就不必麻烦检查上游了。 刚去看了一下华数和联通/移动都是有 peer 的，且各地移动探针进行 traceroute 显示都是不绕其他 AS 的，单独归为联通似乎不妥（IPIP 将它归类为浙江华数/联通，我认为是有些简单粗暴的）。
