Add Text Vertical Alignment​

Description

Instead of just having left/center/right text alignment in shapes, I often rely on vertical alignment to help stack shapes on top of each other in meaningful ways.

Use case

Being able to draw "parent" boxes with "children" within those boxes and have them visually grouped. Having the text be able to be at the top or bottom of the "parent" box allows me to make better use of the space within the box.
