[bug]: warning: "Block is not exist.

Describe the bug

When I drag a block to the end, the drag button of this block disappears, and warning: "Block is not exist."，I see in "LeftMenuDraggable.tsx", "handleDragEnd" was not called

To Reproduce

  1. open https://livedemo.affine.pro/AFFiNE/a3007697-7fed-5671-95d8-1159c886a5b4
  2. Click and drag the ⋮ to move this block and to other position
  3. Hover this block, the ⋮ did not appear
  4. in "LeftMenuDraggable.tsx", "handleDragEnd" was not called

I've done some testing and I think the cause of the bug may lie in the calculation of which block the mouse is in. But lately I may not have much time to go deeper into the troubleshooting. I'd appreciate it if you could help with this.Here are some thoughts on this bug.
