[Feature Request]: add 'title contains' rule to Collections rules

Description

I would a 'title contains' rule in the list of Collection rules. I create lots of documents with a specific keyword in the title, and would like to add these automatically to a collection based on what is in the title.

Use case

For when you don't want to use tags, but instead use keywords or a naming scheme in the title of your documents.
