[Feature Request]: One-Time Personal Paid Package for Self-Hosting Users

Dear AFFiNE team,

I'm a personal user of AFFiNE and really enjoy its features. I use it primarily for my own notes. However, when I self-host and share links, there's a promotional footer for AFFiNE on the shared pages, which can be a bit distracting.

I was wondering if you could consider offering a one-time personal paid package for self-hosting users like me. This way, we could remove the promotional footer and have a cleaner, more personalized experience.

I believe this could be a win-win situation. It would provide additional support for your development efforts, while also enhancing the user experience for those of us who prefer a more streamlined interface.

Right now, the self-hosted edition and affine.pro share the same codebase.

For security and compliance reasons, we display certain footer information in the cloud version, and that logic currently applies to self-hosted deployments as well. We agree that self-host users don’t actually need this, but at the moment we don’t have the bandwidth to maintain separate variants of the UI for cloud vs. self-host.

As the self-host offering grows and becomes financially sustainable, we will absolutely consider a more polished forked experience tailored specifically for self-hosted deployments.
