[Bug]: Date picker year range jumps to 2090-2099

What happened?

Clicking on the date picker brings up this:

If I then click on 2025 in the upper left, I get the year range picker:

If I now click on either of the arrows (< or >), the picker range jumps to 2090-2099:

Clicking either of the arrows afterwards has no effect.

I expected:

1. that the year range goes to the years before 2018
2. clicking the arrows repeatedly would decrease or increase the year ranges
