[Feature Request]: 2FA and force password usage

Description

As an extra security level it would be nice to enable Two-factor authentication. Also, i might be blind, but i can't find an option to force user enter both their password and code from email to successfully sign in. Looks like it isn't even required now to have a password, which doesn't look like a safe option, imho.

I am using self-hosted version, if it matters.

Use case

All users to sign in.
