[Bug]: Toggle lists missing.

What happened?

Greetings,

Just today when I logged into my workspace to record some new ideas; I seem to have stumbled across a little issue. That being which my ability to place toggle lists were missing. I read through the newest updates, tested on the website, and even made sure I had the current version of the app---and still I cannot find the reason as to why I cannot insert toggle lists anymore. The best thing I can do is duplicate a block containing one, but that is it. I am now unable to use the / command to insert these helpful organizers. I thoroughly recall being able to do so in the past, I even have my older toggle lists in files that I've written in during past usages. Down below is listed proof of this disappearance via screenshots. I was wondering if this is an accidental fault in the system or if there is something I'm missing here that is preventing me from inserting toggle lists? Please let me know. Thank you.
