I can not reproduce this issue on the web version, maybe it was fixed? Could you confirm if it still persists?

I tested different blocked, this only shows up on the toolbar when you hover over the some blocks (attachment block, inserted frame/group), so it's a z-index problem with the toolbar that appears when hovering. I think it will be fixed when #10942 merged, and @fundon will working on #10185
