Could be _something_ I've got wrong, however: Using the URL **https://toepoke.co.uk** gives "Error: Manifest is invalid!" If I copy and past the content from the website (i.e. **https://toepoke.co.uk/manifest.json**) it validates...

build.ps1 fails due to "Roundhouse" invalid path

"rh" executable is in the "tools" subfolder, will most likely work if it's the PATH but wasn't on my machine. Going to do a pull request for this too. Hopefully...
