Rewrote the two columns part. The buttons keep the same width, so the Portuguese text fits without a linebreak. 
Added PlayerHospital:giveInfo for those dialogs, rather than persisted advisor strings. Added Window.resize_redraw to trigger reopening some windows when the screen resolution changes.
