Unfortunately the upstream Docker image I'm using in this project doesn't currently have a Python 3.9 version, so this is a blocker at the moment. See https://github.com/lambci/docker-lambda/issues/343
The uniqueness of the flags was fixed in aeb42cfa1e02e8525a9450585c8aa97275569885. I'll publish version `0.3.0` today. For the other flags I'd be looking forward to a PR. Thanks for reporting!
