Is your storage configured to use internal or external/sdcard storage? As far as I know there is / was on older devices fat used on sdcard, which does not allow...

Indeed, Chinese mainland was not checked. Next week we will release 3.14.0, then it should be also available.

Huawei demands to have special certificates for distributing on Chinese mainland. I fear that we will not tackle this… However you can always use Fdroid version: https://f-droid.org/de/packages/com.nextcloud.client/
