Sorry I don't know. Today, our software is fully based on io.smallrye.reactive:smallrye-mutiny-vertx-web-openapi. We plan to use the smallrye-mutiny-vertx-bindings of io.vertx:vertx-web-openapi-router when it is available because of https://github.com/vert-x3/vertx-web/issues/2383#issuecomment-1953720933. Hope my reply...

I've just run into the same problem with the jaxrs-resteasy (3.2.0). I will also be happy to help testing it if you need some help.
