That particilar example (the S-R latch) does not work by default with the new toolchain (it is not a problem related to IceFun board). It worked ok with the old arachne-pnr tool, but when it was upgraded to nextpnr it stoped working. This new tool, by default, does not allow to have combinational loop. That was indeed the issue. I assumed it was in both since it was already in ECP5, but I should have checked. Thank you for your help
