Add support for xdim and ydim in options.

Instead of auto-generating the range based on the input points, allow specifying the extent directly. In particular, this allows you to ensure that the y range has zero. Thanks! -tim

Fix install when $HOME/Library/QuickLook doesn't exist.

Previously, if your QuickLook directory didn't yet exist, the contents of Provisioning.qlgenerator would be put in $HOME/Library/QuickLook.

Add a random shuffle test.
