[ContextMenu] An open ContextMenu does not move after right clicking somewhere else

As a quick fix you can disable the fade out animation, i have done that in this file: https://github.com/openstreetmap-netherlands/openstreetmap-website/blob/main/src/components/ui/context-menu.tsx however i dont know where anymore, can you compare this file...
