Use query strings with `?`

The page loads fast anyway, and this might count different arrangements as different links to other systems.

For compatibility, # still needs to work coming in.

The main reason I want ? is because Reddit (for example, but maybe others) doesn't consider URLs unique if they only change after a # character. This relates to posting links as top level posts in subreddits.
