Support grouping?

From user WakiMiko in a YouTube comment: "Maybe allow users to group languages together and display the group as a single language (e.g. to solve the VB and VB .NET problem). You could also provide some default groupings."

I'm not convinced the benefit outweighs the cost, but I want to capture the thought.
