I've been bitten by this bug too.
The resque-loner/@jrust fix doesn't seem to work for new records. The do not show up in search results until a full index rebuild.
This is also a blocker for me with a long legal doc. The output generated looks great otherwise, unfortunately I will have to keep looking for another solution until this...
