Nobody should be disabling Gatekeeper for any reason. Apps need to update or cease to exist if they can't function with Gatekeeper.

I was able to work around this by doing `xattr -d com.apple.quarantine DisplayManager-1.0.2.pkg` but that's obviously not ideal

Selective Sync does list them, almost immediately, but I cannot change any of them. It says "Try again when idle" whenever I try.
