You can just use these parameters and it will allow Swar to start new plotting job without waiting for copying (phase 5): max_concurrent: 1 max_concurrent_with_start_early: 2 ...... concurrency_start_early_phase: 5

Thanks. I pulled latest verstion of this repo and it doesn't seem that it have v2v fuctionality for animal models
