I found and ran: ``` bin/pip install -r requirements-docs.txt ``` Though, the original error still persists.

@terapyon plone.restapi should fire the proper event handlers. Therefore I'd consider that a bug. Maybe we can write a set of tests that make sure all necessary events are fired....
