support for cocotb

It would be great to have support for cocotb. cocotb is a python-based testbench environment for Verilog/VHDL simulation. https://github.com/potentialventures/cocotb

automatically install python venv/apio like icestudio does

It would be very helpful if installation of apio-ide automatically installed a python venv and apio in the same way that icestudio does.

Use 0 ohm resistor to tie 3.3v LDO to VIN to make it easier to disable the 3.3v LDO.
