Detached HEAD on the CLI is not something we plan on supporting in the near future. In SQL mode, we support detached heads.

This is a good alias bug to think about @fulghum.

CTRL-F and CTRL-B cause lines to get "eaten" while scrolling forward and backward in dolt sql

I don't think we're going to invest much in SQL client but I'll leave this open.
