CTRL-F and CTRL-B cause lines to get "eaten" while scrolling forward and backward in dolt sql

To repro:

1. invoke dolt sql
2. make a really long line (or shrink the terminal window)
3. hit CTRL-A to go to the beginning of the line and then scroll forwards with CTRL-F
4. lines will start to be eaten beginning at the top of the screen

I don't think we're going to invest much in SQL client but I'll leave this open.
