Coverage 6.2, coverage.exceptions.DataError no such table: file

This issue still persists with `coverage==6.4.3` on Python 3.8

It seems that gpu-manager can't limit the usage of GPU of the container of Jupyter

I CAN'T GET GPU INFORMATION. The pod gpushare-device-plugin-ds is pending.

I have the same issues, no events are registered. Pod remains pending. daemon.json is as intended
