This relates to #23 and some other recent requests for non-EEP isochrones to be possible again.

Might be nice to change the format of `star.ini` from using `ConfigObj` to the more universally used YAML. This could allow for some more flexibility in input.

e.g. ``` Encountered the use of a type that is scheduled for deprecation: type 'reflected list' found for ... ``` and the like.
