There is no workaround, we can fix the cdn location but the best solution is for me to finish the prebuilt extension which will let it find perspective on disk.

Feature Request: Being able to draw basic trend lines

I would think this is more of a question for the underlying d3fc plugin as perspective itself would have no knowledge of annotations (being a streaming/pivoting engine)
