RuntimeError: Input type (c10::Half) and bias type (float) should be the same

FYI you can work around this bug by either: * pulling my branch (https://github.com/timh/lora, branch "fix-incorrect-global-steps") * OR * downgrading accelerate, e.g., `pip install accelerate==0.12.0`
