The extension filters on the `tag` query parameter. Your link does not include one. It’s incredible difficult to find information what the different parameters do - any help appreciated.

Having the same problem on macOS, too. Until yesterday everything worked fine now I get an "Input/Output error" for some, not all files. My Vault is synced to Nextcloud, too....
