This pull request allows you to read and modify the text control using v-model. If you update the text control the component will search for the new text.

Yet another property to enable the input field to have the autofocus attribute applied would be useful . Thanks

Updated to Spree 3.0 Notes - spree_multi_domain is waiting for a pull request before this can pulled from spree-contrib - I switched the database to sqlite for simplicity
