The patching of services is described [in this google doc](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aIEB3a6YhX47daiItuZJ6wuD_lAPF0DkBJ6hw4HiRFM/edit?pli=1#heading=h.paws0ghzofom).
Postponed until we have `WriteBatchWithIndex` since we are relying on reading our own writes when applying multiple consecutive state mutations in the `EffectInterpreter::pop_from_inbox`.
There is an open issue for adding support for `WriteBatchWithIndex` to the rust-rocksdb binding https://github.com/rust-rocksdb/rust-rocksdb/issues/836.
A tool we could use for more advanced performance tests is: https://hyperfoil.io/

Would this enable a new feature we want to implement or would it be mainly for better observability?
According to https://askubuntu.com/a/972528, `DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive` will answer all questions with the default response. To not cause surprises, I would stick with this behavior.
We are currently uploading a tarball which includes the server and the cli. Maybe this is something we can change as a follow-up so that we register them individually but...
