cref tag is missing/malformed in the XML comment for the default constructor. This is a simple patch for said typo.

Updates headings per Github's updated Markdown parser. Also makes a few grammar changes, and adds a few blank lines for formatting consistency.

Removes space between [link text] and (URL) parts - GHFM doesn't recognize text as links when a space exits between `]` and `(` characters.
