not sure what you mean, what is the issue? What app version are you using?
do you use Simple Dialer as the default app for handling calls? So you see the incoming call number shown, or it is some private calls only?

actually what copy? There is none added by us
that is added automatically by the system, not us. Does it work well in other apps?
get into the notification settings of the app through your device settings and tweak it there. Maybe the app isnt allowed to ignore DND mode.
