Run Collection: Show hidden requests

Currently when you run a collection you can't see the pre-requests that are being run in the background

Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to show the pre-requests along with the collection requests. These requests could be slightly grayed out to indicate that they are not in the collection.

7, but only me

NB: I am aware that I can see them in the output tab but it would look better and improve usability if they were shown in the current view
