[Feature request] Lock existing collections and requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When working on a shared workspace it can happen that people modify the existing requests and collections in order to tests so http calls. Therefore if they forget to revert their modifications it can be versioned with git and everyone will find a modified request/collection afterward.

Describe the solution you'd like A nice feature for this case would to be able to "lock" collections or requests, that will still allow to execute them but not to modify them until they are explicitly unlocked. That will not prevent people to make changes to the existing request, but this is an additional click to unlock collections/request and to alert people that this request must not change.

Describe alternatives you've considered Adding a little padlock icon somewhere for each collection/request to lock/unlock.
