Better repo related file structure: seperate file for active environement to be .gitignore friendly.

As we're making thunder-clients files (activity, client environement) as part of our source repo, we like to have active environment flag to be a separate file instead of thunderEnvironement.json so that we can put it in .gitignore and everyone can choose their own environement without pushing it to the repo at every change..

Hi @tolgaulas We have Local environment feature, where the values are stored locally on the pc/mac these are not part of thunderEnvironement.json.

I think you should try the feature and let me know your feedback.
