NTLM doesn't work

Describe the bug NTLM was working fine in version 2.17.8 but I'm trying to make the same request but this doesn't work as expected.

To Reproduce Make a NTLM request an it doesn't work, you can sniff the network and prove the NTLM is not included.

Expected behavior Include the NTLM header at the time of make the request.

Platform:

  • OS: Windows
  • vscode version: last
  • node version: last
  • extension version: 2.19.5
